Built to commemorate the lives of the 11 Musicians who were killed when the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA) exploded a bomb at the Royal Marines School of Music in 1989.
Eleven of the twelve sides have engraved tablets bearing the names of those who lost their lives. The opening concert that was held on 2nd May 1993 included a fanfare played by the Trumpeters of HM Royal Marines.
Free concerts are performed on Sunday afternoons from May to September.
